Software product costs are based on application or service you have selected or order according to your requirement. Delivery and packaging fees for our products are already included in the checkout total price; a breakdown of costs will also be displayed for your confirmation. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the software product will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched or application delivered within the time limits mentioned. In unpredictable circumstances, delivery may be delayed as we rely upon the services of third party couriers for shipping, and whilst we endeavor to ‘keep to our word’ there may unfortunately be a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it to, then please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will contact the courier and call you back to let you know what’s happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We provide software that is downloadable in nature which involves no shipping. For other services, we do not provide any guarantee for the time of product delivery since it may vary from one product/service to another. Software download orders will be fulfilled via a separate email confirmation to the customer. The software download email will include download links and instructions on how to complete a download.
Some purchased items may require us to issue you with a license key. We will contact you to collect information from you regarding the host ID of the computer you wish the license key to be generated against. Once we have received this information from you, your license key will be generated and sent to you immediately.
